I don't like doing this but as a retired massage therapist I feel like I need to say something. I went last week for a massage and infrared treatment, first timer. I've never done infrared and after reading the description on the website I thought I might like it. The person who showed me to the sauna gave me no instructions so I asked some questions (clothes, no clothes, robe?) I specifically chose to do it because the website (as well as multiple signs in the room) said "no heat, light." It was 170 degrees in the sauna. I don't know if it can be adjusted, no one told me anything, no signs, nothing.I chose a therapist based on the rave reviews from multiple people. I will just say that as a massage therapist I would never recommend her. Very painful and not in a good way, she didn't seem knowledgeable as far as anatomy or technique.I got home and contacted them about my issues through the website, and I also responded to the text they sent telling them how disappointing the visit was. It's been a week and no response from anyone. This is the short version of my experience. I gave them a much more detailed description, as there were many different points in the 90 minutes that were not relaxing, not therapeutic, and overall just awful service.

First time there the masseuse stepped out twice during my massage. Tried again with different masseuse & door was locked & no one was there

Hands down the BEST massage I’ve had. 90 minutes with Amandi. She took the time really spend time on spots that were bothering me and she helped me on finding preventative solutions. Amandi goes above and beyond. I can’t wait to come back.

It was my 1st time there and I did the sauna and a stretch massage from Amandi. She was great. Definitely a deep massage but something I really needed. I have already scheduled my January visit with her.
